Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking

All eligible orders include tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Zorvian Essentials is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
